Ensuring your caravan’s wheel nuts are tightened properly and safely is essential to avoiding an accident when you’re out on the road. In this video, we show you the correct way to tighten the wheel nuts on your Fantasy Caravan and have also included a step-by-step guide below for your convenience. Step 1: Make sure your torque wrench is set to 150 and start with the top wheel nut, tightening it until you hear a click from your torque wrench.
Step 2: Next, you want to tighten your bottom wheel nut to ensure that the wheel is under equal tension.
Step 3: Repeat this process again with the top-right wheel nut, followed by the bottom-left wheel nut. It is essential to tighten opposite wheel nuts after each other.
Step 4: Finally, tighten the bottom-right wheel nut followed by the top-left, before giving each wheel nut one last check to ensure that they are equally tightened.
