Where is Skyline designed to travel?

Highways, interstate touring, caravan parks, regional travel, maintained gravel roads, national-park access roads, farm stays and short-to-medium off-grid stops. Most Skyline travel still happens on bitumen — the product simply gives you more confidence when the final stretch leaves the bitumen.

Is Skyline an off-road caravan?

Skyline is an Enhanced Touring / Semi-Off-Road caravan. It’s prepared one step beyond a basic on-road caravan — torsion suspension with shock absorbers, 16-inch All-Terrain tyres and practical clearance — without the weight, complexity and cost of a heavy expedition caravan.

Can my car tow a Skyline?

Single-axle models run a 2,500kg ATM platform and tandem models 3,000kg. Every tow match needs a proper check — ATM, Tare, payload, towball mass, your vehicle’s GVM, GCM, payload and towball limit, plus passengers and luggage. Maximum towing capacity alone isn’t enough — leave your details and we’ll confirm the match for your vehicle.

What’s included as standard?

Skyline is complete in standard form rather than relying on a long option list — including the full power and charging system (200Ah lithium, 400W solar, 40A DC-to-DC, 2000W inverter), reversing camera, climate control and hot water. Standard equipment varies by model — the brochure includes the full breakdown. Extras like additional battery or solar, diesel heater, DO35, toolbox and BBQ personalise an already complete caravan.

How long can we stay off-grid?

Skyline is built for short-to-medium off-grid stops — 95L fresh water tanks, lithium storage, roof solar and inverter output as one coherent system. Real endurance depends on weather, appliance use and how you travel, so we’d rather talk through your trip than promise a number.
