Frontier 48V Series

48V hybrid caravans, built for off-grid Australia.

A new 48V Renogy power system at the heart of our pop-top off-road hybrids, in five layouts from 14ft to 16ft.

The new heart of Frontier

Built around 48V power.

Most caravans still run on 12V. Frontier 48V steps the whole system up to 48 volts — the same step already common in home batteries — so the same power moves with a quarter of the current.

Keep the everyday going

Before you ask

Straight answers.

The questions people put to us on the showroom floor.

What is the Frontier 48V Series?

Our pop-top off-road hybrid range, built around a new 48V Renogy power system: five layouts from 14ft to 16ft — 14A, 16F, 16T, 16D and 16E.

Why 48V instead of 12V?

At 48V the system moves the same power with a quarter of the current. Less current means less heat in the cabling and less energy lost, and the system comfortably carries air conditioning and 240V appliances.

Pop-top or hard top — which should I choose?

The Frontier 48V pop-top travels lower (2,700mm) and raises its roof at camp. Our Fury 48V hard top (3,080mm) has a fixed full-height roof, overhead cabinets all round and a bigger fridge, with nothing to set up when you arrive. Think about your tow vehicle, storage at home and how often you move camp.

Can my car tow a Frontier 48V?

Every layout is built on a 3,000kg ATM platform. A proper tow match checks ATM, Tare, payload and towball mass against your vehicle’s towing capacity, GVM, GCM and towball limit, with passengers and luggage loaded. Leave your details and we will check it for your vehicle.

What is included as standard?

Every layout comes with the 48V Renogy power system — a 10kWh lithium battery, a 3000W inverter, and 900W roof solar on the 16ft layouts or 600W on the 14ft — plus rooftop air conditioning, a diesel heater, Truma hot water, an ensuite and an external shower. Equipment varies by layout — ask us to confirm the configuration in writing.

Next step

It makes more sense standing in it.

Open every door. Sit in the lounge for a minute. Walk from the bed to the ensuite the way you would at 2am.

Bring your tow vehicle details and we will check the match properly before you fall in love with a layout.
