Chasing a replacement for a broken, worn or missing part on your Fantasy Caravan? Send us the details and a few clear photos and we’ll help you track down the right part.

We can only help with parts for caravans in the Fantasy Caravan range. If your van is a different brand, we won’t be able to assist with parts — you’ll need to go back to that manufacturer or dealer.

Help us get it right first time

Parts are hard to identify from a single photo — the same-looking part can differ between models and years. The more you give us, the faster we can match it.

What to include

Your model and build year (e.g. Skyline 22F, 2023)
Where the part sits on the van and what it does
Clear photos from a few angles — close up and wider
Any numbers, brands or codes printed on the part

How long we take: we usually reply within 2 working days. Around major public holidays — the weeks leading up to them and just after — replies can take a little longer, so thanks for your patience.
