Secure your van with a deposit
Once you’ve selected your van, lock it in with a small deposit (refundable subject to T&Cs). We hold your stock and quoted price for 14 days.

Confirm your handover date
We schedule a 1-3 hour walkthrough. You’ll be shown every system, switch and feature in your new van.

What if I can’t visit a branch?

No problem. We can do everything over the phone with a video walkthrough. Call us on 1300 096 615 and our team will guide you through every step from first questions to delivery.

How does the price hold work?

Once you visit or call and lock your van with a deposit, we hold your quoted price for 14 days from that point so you can finalise without pressure.

Do I need finance pre-approved before visiting?

Not at all. Many customers start the conversation with us first to understand pricing, then arrange finance afterwards. We work with multiple Aussie lenders and can connect you with one that suits.

Can I bring a deposit on the day of my first visit?

Yes – if you find the van you want, you can secure it on the spot. We accept bank transfer or card.

What does the handover include?

A 1-3 hour walkthrough at our Coopers Plains branch where we show you every system, switch, and feature on your new van. You’ll leave knowing how everything works.
